Tree in calm water - just breathe and stay calm.Imagine you are someone wanting motivation to make a best man’s speech. While under hypnosis you are asked to visualise yourself in a calm and tranquil state. Now, I want you to make a film or video of yourself, calm and tranquil in your fine wedding outfit looking really good. Now, see yourself in the future, while remaining calm and tranquil, during (grooms name) wedding speeches. See or hear yourself getting to your feet while the crowd claps and cheers you on after your introduction. There you are in your fine suit and tie looking great and feeling calm and tranquil. You begin your well-rehearsed best mans speech for (grooms name) and it goes wonderfully just like you and (grooms name) want it to.

You hear yourself speaking clearly to the room and the crowd respond well. They all laugh loudly at your respectable jokes and even louder at the not quite so respectable jokes about the old days and the fun you have had with (grooms name). You finish your speech, and all has gone very well indeed. You raise a glass and toast (grooms name and brides name). The wedding guests all raise a glass too. Your task is complete. You sit down calm and tranquil to good applause from all the guests but especially from (grooms name). Yes. Well done. That was great. Now you can stop the

Now I would like you to stop making your video or film. Good. And now you rewind it quickly back to the beginning. Now start the film or video playing with you in a calm and tranquil state and play it through to the end. (repeat rewind and play)
