  3. Cheer yourself on. Imagine creating a crowd of personal supporters who you can hear cheering you on your way. Imagine them encouraging you, chanting and hollering for you to move forward and complete your task. Telling you, “You can do this easily!” “Go for it! Yea!”
  4. Imagine how good your success will feel. Increase your desire to win this race. Transfer positive past experience of success into your task right now. Remember how good it felt to achieve the result you wanted and feel like that in the present moment.
  5. If at first you don’t succeed, breathe deeply and give it another go. If you are in a crisis moment with a task, stop. Breath in deeply and slowly for a count of 5, hold your breath for a count of 2, breathe out slowly for a count of 5. As you breath say to yourself, “I can do this. I will do this.” and believe it! Repeat breathing like this 3 times. Flood your body and brain with oxygen. This keeps panic or disappointment at bay and instead allows quick, positive, adept thinking. “Right, lets do this!”
